At Avon, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Avon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
